- Vaccine records - Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella (required)
- Collar with ID tags
- Water bowl - Something familiar from home
- Treats - Their favorites for positive reinforcement
- Bed or blanket - Helps them feel at home
- Food - Enough for their entire stay (plus a bit extra)
Cat Boarding Checklist
- Carrier or crate - For safe transport and a cozy hideaway
- Food - Dry and/or wet food for the duration of stay (plus extra)
- Food and water bowls - Familiar items reduce stress
- Litter box and litter - If they have a preferred type
- Bedding or blanket - Something that smells like home
- Toys - Favorite toys help them feel comfortable
- Medications - With clear dosage instructions
- Vet contact information - In case of emergency
- Any special behavior notes - Likes, dislikes, quirks
